• Tier 2 – $125/hour or $500 full-day

Ideal for branding shoots, promotional videos, or YouTube content with a small team (2–5 people).

This option offers ample room and flexibility for more detailed, creative setups.

• Tier 3- Commercial / Professional Production – Starting at $750

Perfect for larger productions involving crews, equipment, models, or product shoots.

Pricing varies based on the nature and scale of the shoot, property usage, and any special requirements.
